Business Manager


Jacob Phillips has been Business Manager for V Financial Partners since joining the practice in 2015. In this role, he helps manage the behind-the-scenes operations of the team, assisting with case design and preparation, working with third party partners, and handling the reams of paperwork. Previously, Jacob was deeply involved in the political process, both in elections and in government.

Jacob married the love of his life Allison in 2020 and they enjoy traveling the world, theater, the Cleveland Orchestra, reading, rooting on Arsenal FC and Cleveland sports teams, and being involved in their church.

Jayme joined the V Financial Partners family in December of 2023. He is serving you in the Assistant Financial Advisor role to make your financial journey easier. Jayme joins the team from his previous position at Fidelity Investments. Before entering the financial industry he was a collegiate women’s volleyball coach for 16 years.

Jayme, his wife Bridget and two daughters Brooke and Hazel love to be active and outdoors. They stay busy in their church, hiking, camping and a variety of kids sports and activities. They currently reside in Independence, Ohio.

Nikki joined Tyson Vines and V Financial Partners in 2021 as an operations analyst and administrative assistant.   Previously to joining V Financial, Nikki gained valuable case management experience for the Western Reserve Area Agency on Aging in Cleveland serving the area seniors and is an expert in health and financial document management.

She has a degree in hospitality management from the University of Northwest Ohio. 

Married to Robert with two children, Anna and William, they enjoy camping and often travels to see family and friends on big road trips. She is also an avid reader and bread maker.

Debbie joined Erin Vick and V Financial Partners in June 2021 as an Administrative Assistant. Previously, Debbie worked for New York Life in the Cleveland Service Center and retired December 2020 after 40 years of service. Her area of expertise is in life insurance policy service, for more than 20 years of her career, was in Death Claims and Disability Waiver of Premium Benefits. She brings years of customer service experience and insurance knowledge to our business.

Debbie lives with her boyfriend on the westside of Cleveland. She has two sons, two step daughters, two daughters in law and two grandchildren. She enjoys spending time with her family and spoiling the grandbabies. In semi-retirement, she hopes to travel more, work on home improvement projects and exercise regularly, exploring the great park systems in Cleveland and beyond on foot and by bike.

Carrie Webb

Operations Assistant


Carrie joined Joe Milford and V Financial Partners in 2022 as an operations and administrative assistant. Prior to joining V Financial, Carrie gained valuable client service and relationship management experience supporting a senior financial representative with New York Life. Additionally, Carrie has held various assistant positions in human resources and customer service, specializing in client onboarding and project management.

She has a degree in applied business and office administration from the University of Akron Wayne College.

Carrie lives with her husband and their children in Mentor. In her free time, she enjoys photography, scrapbooking, and exploring Lake Erie’s shoreline and Northeast Ohio’s many Metroparks.
